Welcome to Rochdale RUFC Junior Girls’ Section! This is an exciting place to be right now – we are growing fast, and have lots of great opportunities for our girls!
We currently have four teams: under-12s (year 6 & 7), under-14s (year 8 & 9), under-16s (year 10 & 11) and under-18s.
We train every Tuesday 6.30-8pm, and on Sundays we either play fixtures or train.

You may have noticed that our fixtures look slightly different to the rest of the minis and juniors section: In order to get as much rugby as possible for the girls, as well as playing matches against individual clubs, we regularly play ‘Pitch Up & Plays’ (PUPs) with teams from multiple clubs in one day.
